Executive Assistant for Property Management
The Hignell Companies is looking to add an Executive Assistant to our Property Management Department.
The Hignell Companies is looking to add an full-time Executive Assistant to our Residential Property Management Department. The assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the Vice President of the Department and to Property Managers as necessary.
Perform skilled work of average to considerable difficulty in ensuring the successful daily operation of the administrative function for multiple departments within the Hignell Companies office. Serve as the point of contact for administrative and project activities as assigned. Performing independent activities under the direction of the Vice President of Real Estate and Property Management and Senior Property Managers.
A good prior work history with strong customer service skills, a great "people person" with a good sense of humor. Demonstrated writing, speaking and listening skills with a focus on accuracy, quality, and clarity are also required. Candidate must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability. Self motivated, punctual, detail oriented, and able to work independently. High school diploma or GED equivalency. Basic computer skills with Word/Excel/Access/Email/Internet.
Two to four years recent experience in the workplace as an administrative assistant. A strong working knowledge of office or business functions with a keen eye for detail and processes. Prior experience in property management is highly desirable. Strong computer, software application and phone systems skills. Resilient personality and ability to take initiative on projects.
