Our Property Management Team
Greg Wietbrock, Vice President of Property Management
Greg joined The Hignell Companies as Vice President of Property Management in 2008. His commitment to excellence is evidenced by his 31 years of leadership experience in the produce industry, most recently as the Director of Procurement. In his capacity as Vice President, Greg oversees the operational management of our Community Association, Residential and Commercial divisions of property management.

Nina Ricci, Senior Property Manager
Nina joined our team in 1996. She brought with her 20 years of experience as a business owner and 5 years of property management experience. Nina is currently managing multiple apartment communities and is the past President of the North Valley Property Owners Association. Nina holds a California Real Estate License #01427580.

John Iler, Property Manager
John joined The Hignell Companies in 1997. He has experience in both residential and commercial property management. John is a licensed real estate salesperson and also has an educational background in Business Management and Fire Science. Prior to joining Hignell Companies he spent 10 years working for the federal government in emergency management services.

Ray Villar, CCAM®, Senior Property Manager
Ray joined The Hignell Companies in 2007 as a Senior Property Manager overseeing the Community Association Management department. A graduate from CSU Chico with a B.S. in Sociology, Ray brings over 12 years experience in managing associations throughout greater Northern California.
