Deb Lewis
Deb oversees the daily operations at the Courtyard, Deb has an extensive background in management, personnel development and training, and marketing. Deb has worked at social service and home health agencies throughout the Chico area, and has been involved with several successful grant and local government programs. She has recently completed her Master of Public Administration with an emphasis on Health Care Administration.


Vicki Reed
Director of Marketing
Vicki coordinates all of the marketing efforts at the Courtyard, and assists with oversight of daily operations. Vicki has a host of experiences in elder care, primarily in the skilled nursing industry, and has been involved with admissions, discharges, and care coordination for most of her career. She has an extensive network of contacts in Butte County, and participates in several local elder care groups.


John Rubino
Head Chef & Director of Food Services
Chef Rubino has been involved in the restaurant business all of his life. Since attending culinary school, John has owned his own restaurant, directed a large hotel kitchen operation,and provided private catering services throughout Northern California. John and his wife, Laurie, manage the special events at the Courtyard, and provide exceptional catering services for local events.
