Knowledge of plumbing repair and installation using standard tools and machines. Demonstrated writing skills with a focus on technical accuracy, writing quality, and clarity are also required. Candidate must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Use and application of safety practices and procedures. Self motivated, punctual, detail oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies such as boxes, fixtures, tools, equipment, site furniture weighing up to 100 pounds. SKILLS Previous vocational or technical training in plumbing theory/maintenance/repair. Comfortable with the operation of a back hoe, ditch witch and other specialty equipment. A High School diploma or GED is preferred. Additional college or tech school is considered a plus. Must be able to provide a copy of current DMV and able to pass pre-employment wellness exam.
