The Hignell Companies receive prestigious award from the Community Association Institute
The Hignell Companies announced that it won the "Management Company of the Year" award from the nationally acclaimed Community Association Institute (CAI), an organization dedicated to fostering successful community associations.
"We are pleased to be receiving such a prestigious award, especially from such an important organization," said Greg Wietbrock, Vice President Property Management at the Hignell Companies, "We work closely with CAI to provide our clients with excellent service and establish successful community associations. "
The CAI's award nominations are based on a company's participation and support of chapter events as well as efforts to support and encourage homeowners to pursue additional community association education and training. The award was issued by the Northern California CAI Chapter which supports associations and professionals throughout the Sacramento region north to the Oregon border and east to the Nevada border.
The Hignell Companies was nominated as Management Company of the Year by one of the chapter's business partners and judging of entries was conducted by an independent CAI office located in Southern California. The nomination honors Hignell for its efforts in supporting and encouraging associations. Judy Reule, Executive Director for the Northern California Chapter of CAI, reported that the nomination submitted on behalf of The Hignell Companies stated that "The Hignell Companies does an outstanding job in fostering caring communities within associations". The nomination went on to indicate that this firm empowers their boards through positive attitudes, enthusiastic partnerships, and dynamic communication.
