The Courtyard at Little Chico Creek is looking for a part-time caregiver for the PM shift in our 49-bed assisted living community in Chico.
Duties include:
- Assistance with ADLs and personal care, plus some light housekeeping.
Requirements:
- Must be18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check/clearance, health exam, and be willing to work weekends.
- Ability to work on a team.
- Most importantly, you must demonstrate a true affection for working with the elderly.

The Hignell Companies is seeking a full time Lead Carpenter for the Construction Services Division.
POSITION SUMMARY
- General woodwork including but not limited to repairs, remodels, additions and related trades.
- Directs and leads the work of others.
- Candidate must have excellent organizational skills.
- Use and application of safety practices and procedures.
- Self motivated, punctual, detail oriented, great customer service and able to work independently.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies such as boxes, fixtures, tools, equipment, site furniture weighing up to 100 pounds.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must have a minimum of five+ years experience in the carpentry field.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Additional college or tech school is considered a plus.
- Candidate must be able to:
- Provide a copy of a current DMV print out.
- Pass pre-employment wellness exam.
